There are two main approval processes you can undertake including Development Application and Complying Development Certificate. Some Housing Estates will also require you to submit a Landscape Plan to ensure you have met design guidelines.

Whilst landscape designs generated by Chat GPT and other AI programs might look impressive, they lack critical site information and realism. These programs also cannot produce thorough plans for approvals (yet). We are happy to interpret your AI generated images into site plans for approval to ensure your design vision is realised.

The landscape plan will include all items required for approvals. This includes:

-          Fencing and gate locations

We generally allow for 5 business days to complete the landscape plan for approvals. This is dependant on having all the required documentation ready to go.
